Clinical Team
Our clinical team expanded recently to include two very special additions: puppets Mindy and Randy. The puppets lie at the center of one of Y.O.U.’s many new psychoeducational groups, designed to support youth in developing emotional regulation while creating a safe space for youth to feel comfortable.

AmeriCorps
AmeriCorps Y.O.U.th Serve and VISTA members make up an essential piece of Y.O.U.’s program model. Y.O.U.th Serve members work in Y.O.U.’s afterschool and summer programs every day, building relationships with young people and families, leading experiential learning activities, and developing curriculum. VISTA members strengthen our organization by promoting initiatives that alleviate poverty through volunteering and the mobilization of resources. Learn more about AmeriCorps!
Team Spotlight
High School Team
Our Out-of-School Time programs run from third grade all the way through twelfth grade, ensuring youth have a pathway of supports throughout their school trajectory. These supports are targeted especially on transition points – for example, our high school PEER program offers rising 9th graders the chance to prepare for success in high school through targeted academic support and planning, aspiration-building experiences, and career exploration.
