Kaley Witowski

Kaley is a Chicago native, born and raised on the Southside. She received her Bachelor's Degree at Illinois State University where she studied Human Development and Family Resources with a minor in Sociology. Kaley has always had a love for working with kids, which led her to the University of Denver to earn her MSW with a concentration in Children and Youth. While she was studying at the University of Denver she also earned an academic certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work due to her very strong love for animals and the relationship humans and animals can develop. She hopes to get her dog, Kane, certified as a therapy animal so he can become a partner in the social workstaff-photo-1.jpg field. Kaley strives to utilize this partnership with Kane, and any additional pets in the future, to further her work as a clinician with children and youth that have struggles with anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation/expression. In her spare time, Kaley enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and everything Kane related.
