Dusty Peterson

Dusty serves as Y.O.U.’s Accounting Manager.

Dusty graduated from Truman State University in 2004 with a Master’s in Accounting. He spent the first 5 years of his career at Caterpillar Inc., the Peoria based manufacturing company, working in various cost accounting roles. After spending a year in Kenya working for an NGO, Dusty moved to Chicago in 2011 and began working for a non-profit called GRIP Outreach For Youth. He spent 7 years as the Finance Manager at GRIP, a youth mentorship organization. 

Dusty is originally from Iowa and he is passionate about most Iowa-related things including sweet corn, The Field of Dreams, & The Music Man. In his free-time, Dusty enjoys biking, running, hiking, and doing puzzles over the holidays.
