Jim joined Y.O.U. in January 2021, bringing significant nonprofit and government finance experience.
He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), a professional membership nonprofit with a mission to advance excellence in emergency nursing. Prior to his CFO position with ENA, Jim was the Director of Finance for many years. Before working at ENA he was with the City of Evanston as a Senior Accountant and then Accounting Manager. Jim started his career working as an Accountant with the Chicago Botanic Garden while he was working towards his Bachelor’s degree. Jim has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and he is a CPA. Jim lives in Elmhurst with his wife Jen and their three children. He and Jen enjoy going on walks, attending live music events, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Jim is a big Chicago sports fan and enjoys relaxing with a good book or movie.
